Visitors who do not use the chat, and customers using the dashboard or API, do not receive any cookies from us.
Browser storage used by the customer dashboard
When a customer signs in to the dashboard, the API key is kept in the browser's session storage for that tab only, or, if you tick "Remember on this device", in local storage until you sign out. This is strictly necessary to keep you signed in and is never sent to third parties.

Our pages load resources only from our own domain.
Managing cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the operator cookie prevents signing in to the operator console; it does not affect the public site.
