How it works

From supplier file to a confident decision, in five steps.

Your team submits the paperwork. JSCAIP reads it, checks it for known warning signs and returns an executive risk report your leaders can act on. You stay in control of the decision.

  1. 1 Submit supplier documents Invoices, shipping papers, certificates, POs
  2. 2 Automated document review Parties, goods, routing, payment
  3. 3 Risk indicators & external checks Consistent rules; public sources on Deep reviews
  4. 4 Executive risk report Rating, top findings, actions
  5. 5 Decision & follow-up Proceed, add conditions, or investigate
Five-step review process from document submission to decision.
1
Your team

Submit supplier documents

Upload one supplier's file from the web dashboard: commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, airway bills, certificates and purchase orders. Documents for the same supplier are reviewed together, so conflicts between them come to light.

Outcome
One consistent intake for every supplier review, no special preparation needed.
Formats
Text-based PDF, Word or plain text, up to 10 documents per review.
2
Automated

Automated document review

The platform reads every page and organises the key facts: who the parties are, what is being sold, where it ships from and through, which certificates are claimed and who gets paid. Statements it cannot trace back to the documents are discarded.

Outcome
Hours of manual reading replaced by a structured view of the transaction in minutes.
3
Consistent & explainable

Risk indicators & external checks

A fixed set of business rules checks for well-known warning signs, the same way every time:

  • Payment going to someone other than the seller
  • Declared origin that conflicts with goods markings or the shipping route
  • Self-issued or unnumbered certificates
  • Registered-agent or PO-box addresses and missing company registration numbers
  • Totals that don't add up, prices far below market, and "no warranty" or end-use clauses
Deep reviews
Add a search of public sources on up to four key counterparties for enforcement actions and adverse media, with links to the sources. These are leads to verify, not proof, and not a sanctions-list screening.
Objectivity
A country, port or nationality is never treated as suspicious in itself.
Outcome
Every point of the risk score can be traced to a specific document fact.
4
Deliverable

Executive risk report

Page one gives leadership what they need to decide: the overall risk rating, the top three findings and the recommended actions. Supporting detail follows for the teams who carry out the follow-up: the full findings with quoted evidence, a view of each counterparty, and a candid statement of confidence and limitations.

Formats
View in the dashboard or download as a PDF for the supplier file or board pack.
Timing
Typically ready within minutes.

Your team

Decision & follow-up

Your people make the call: proceed, proceed with conditions (for example, holding payment until an independent certificate arrives), or stop and investigate. Each recommended action names an owner in procurement, finance or compliance, and every review is kept on record with a fingerprint of each document reviewed.

Outcome
Faster, better-documented supplier decisions, with a dated record of what was reviewed and why.
